My Coaching Story

I began my coaching journey when I first stepped into a leadership role, almost 20 years ago. Finding that the one thing I loved more than anything in being a Leader, was developing my team and supporting their next career move. As I moved my own career forward, backwards and side ways, I realised that the one thing I missed now I wasn't a leader, was Coaching people and watching them thrive. That's why, in 2021 I decided to undertake a formal qualification to become a Coaching Professional.

Now, an accredited coach, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their challenges and define their goals in both their professional and personal life. My approach is centered around empowering my clients with the tools and techniques they need to take control of their life, reach their potential, and become the best version of themselves. 

I provide tailored coaching sessions that are personalised to each individual, ensuring that you feel heard, seen, and understood throughout your coaching journey.
